Full Moon in Taurus, November 21, 2010

The Full Moon at 29°18″ Taurus on November 21, 2010 10:27AM PST is the second of six Full Moons falling on the anaretic degree (the final being the Full Moon in Leo on February 18, 2011) suggesting to me we are in the midst of putting the finishing touches on issues related the houses in your chart this sequence of lunations fall in.

How easy we will get off depends on how the other planets aspect each of the lunations and this Full Moon in Taurus is being squared by the Neptune-Chiron conjunction in Aquarius. It seems pretty clear to me doing some serious fact checking may prevent a great deal of embarrassment down the line for those individuals who insist they are in the right. T-squares in fixed signs raise the stubbornness quotient anyway and if you have planets and Angles from 26 to 29 degrees in the fixed signs (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius), it is particularly important to do your research first before making public declarations of intent.

On the other hand, Uranus in Pisces is trine the Scorpio Sun and sextile the Taurus Moon with Jupiter in Pisces still close enough to add his bit. Innovative solutions for aiding those with financial difficulties, especially involving borrowed funds, could appear at the last moment to save the day. Do keep in mind Scorpio and Taurus both favor solutions involving hard work and a definite commitment – no free lunches from either of those two signs. Scorpio rules the eighth house of other people’s money and Taurus the second house of our personal earning power.

Philanthropic organizations (Neptune-Chiron in Aquarius) may get help from generous Jupiter-Uranus in Pisces but it will only be seasonal boost. People will be feeling a tad more optimistic as we head into the holiday season but I doubt if this mood will last into next year when both Jupiter and Uranus shift into “me first” Aries.

Speaking of public declarations of intent, Mars and Mercury are still conjoined on the Full Moon and fully capable of holding forth on a wide variety of topics, loudly. As most Sagittarius folk will admit, they can be a tad on the righteous side at times. As I noted in my post, Venus & Jupiter Direct, November 18, 2010, Saturn in Libra is still playing referee and may keep the worst verbal excess in check. Those of us who live in the USA can look forward to an “entertaining” Thanksgiving weekend . . . nothing quite like a family gathering with opinions flying from all sides. Hah!

Venus, newly direct in Libra, is vulnerable via an inconjunct to the Taurus Moon and a semi-sextile to the Sun in Scorpio. As much as she would love to play peacemaker and encourage compromise, she is seriously disadvantaged here. Scorpio tends to dismiss Venus in Libra as a lightweight because she hesitates to take a strong stand and Taurus only wants to invite her over to discuss redecorating ideas. Since Venus will be conjoining my natal Sun-Chiron conjunction, I plan on smiling sweetly and biding my time for now . . . my Mars in Scorpio is a firm believer in giving people enough rope to hang themselves. *evil grin*

Pluto in Capricorn stands alone in this chart but if you have planets or Angles at 3 or 4 degrees Capricorn, you will get his undivided attention. My progressed Sun in Capricorn is bracing for another pass by the small but mighty one and I can feel the edge starting to return again as my tolerance for fools diminishes. Just in time for the Holidays . . . LOL!

Speaking of family gatherings and the holiday season, there is no better time to get serious about practicing patience, kindness and tolerance of our nearest and dearest. The Sun enters Sagittarius early in the morning on November 22 here in the Pacific Northwest, joining Mars and Mercury, inspiring everyone to look on the bright side and enjoy life. 😀

11-17-2010: My webhost upgraded servers and consequently this post and a few comments vanished into the ethers! Thankfully Karen called it to my attention and at least I was able to re-post this. 😛
