Not too surprisingly I have Aries on the brain and just want to relate some things I’m seeing happen to the Aries folk in my extended family. The intense Aries influence seems to manifest not only with intensity but FAST!
As most of you know, my husband was born under a sky filled with almost as many planets in Aries as we are currently seeing. He has Sun, Moon, Mercury and Jupiter in Aries along with an early Aries Rising. At this time, tUranus is still on the twelfth house side of his Ascendant, the Sun is crossing his Ascendant with both Mercury and Jupiter in his first house (tJupiter is close to his Moon and tMercury his natal Jupiter). Last weekend we visited our Aries Moon granddaughter who had a “cold”. My husband started showing symptoms on Tuesday, lost his voice on Wednesday, went to bed early on Wednesday evening with a slight fever, slept until noon on Thursday and is now back working again. He let the fever run its course and burn out the virus . . . a very Aries thing to do.
My Aries son-in-law (Sun, Venus and Chiron conjunct in Aries), whose father was diagnosed with bone cancer last fall, went to be with his dad last week. A week or two earlier, he had been pretty upbeat about his father’s prognosis but then his dad’s condition started to deteriorate and the hospice people were called in. Yesterday we received word his dad had died, far more quickly than the family had anticipated.
Are these examples of all the Aries energy accelerating matters? I tend to think so and am inclined to believe this acceleration will have the greatest impact on those who have more than one personal planet in Aries natally.
Anyone else observing or experiencing an increase in speed due to the Aries Avalanche?

Odds & Ends
You may have noticed the new chart wheels appearing in this post and the last. This very cool feature is the result of a WordPress plugin, Astrology Chart Wheel commissioned by Jeffrey Kishner. As you can see, it shows where the planets are at a given date and time. I like using the Aries Wheel (Ascendant at 0 Aries) and love how easy it is to see where the planets are and the aspects between them. The Aries Avalanche is right there front and center!! This wheel is set for the moment the Moon enters Capricorn today using Pacific Daylight Time.
While I will do my best to continue to keep posting frequently, I may not be able to sustain my current schedule because our weather is warming and the growing season is almost here. All too soon the grass will need moving, weeds will need pulling and so and so forth.
My website recently crossed the 100,000 views mark! Something that probably would have happened far sooner if I had remembered to make my site visible to search engines immediately after launch instead of five months down the road. Live and learn! 😀
Libra Seeking Balance 
He let the fever run its course and burn out the virus . . . a very Aries thing to do. And a very wise one, too. We are too quick to stifle fevers, which are the body’s mechanism for killing off invaders. The current ‘theory’ (what’s old is new again!) is that this leaves too much toxic cellular debris hanging around the body to cause trouble later on.

I agree about letting most low-grade fevers run their course. It was amazing how well this worked for my Aries husband and I attribute that to the Aries planets transiting his first house (physical body). He is much better than I am at being able to sleep off something like this. 😛
Small children and babies can tolerate much higher temps. An elevated temp of 101 -102 is usually not a problem for them.

What a deal! Wait until Mars joins the fun. 😛 Is it because your mind is busy replaying the previous day or are you running so much adrenaline these days your body won’t relax enough for you to sleep?
The Aries party (like that term) is in my fifth house with the exception of Uranus but even it is close to the cusp. At this point in time I’m still sleeping well but that may change as those planets begin to oppose my Libra Moon.

My Capricorn-friend’s fostering a bulldog this weekend. Here’s how it’s going:
“Ben, how old is the dog?”
“I dunno. I meet him on Saturday on a beach where other dogs are welcome to play.”
“And you’re bringing one home on that Saturday.”
“Yep.”
Ben hasn’t actually thought this through. He simply decided last weekend that he was gonna foster a dog. And he already has an energetic 9-month-old Boxer-Shepherd puppy.
Yeah, I’d say I’ve been noticing Aries in full swing :). Hopefully it will be a fun time. I plan to have fun with it.
As for your fabulous Aries husband, I gather that you can create a blog all about him, right?

With Aries it is possible to have fun, especially of an active variety. Running around doing stuff is a good use of this energy.
Watched my two Aries Moons (granddad & granddaughter) have a great time playing together last weekend – the very embodiment of Aries fun.

Dang near! BTW, a neighbor stopped by and asked him to rebuild a large deck on their house last week. Yay. First he wants to completely finish the new chicken coop and attached run. I promise to post a picture or two when it’s all done. We could be getting our chicks in a couple of weeks. 😀

I can’t figure out what is wrong with me. I think my pilot light went out. I can no longer feel Uranus and starting March 16th the black hole has crept back into my life. I can’t feel anything (and I am someone who lives on following my gut instinct). I can’t see/feel anything changing (other than global things FAR from me) and I can’t feel what I am supposed to do next.
I swear I am not trying to sound like a whiner drama queen but I feel like Margot in All Summer in a Day (http://www.intermed.it/bradbury/Allsummer.htm). I am fighting through it, doing everything I can to re-spark my life, but I just don’t understand while I am still fighting to trudge through the mud with so many planets in my sign. 😦

Sorry to hear you are back to feeling like you are slogging through the mud. 😦 You did get me thinking . . . about perception which the piece about Margot illustrates. With your natal T-Square in cardinal signs (Sun-Mars-Uranus) I’m guessing what you consider a normal rate of speed would appear very fast to a slow poke like me. 🙂
My Aries hubby has a Sun-Uranus square along with all his Aries and his idea of being late is my idea of being early, if that makes sense. And my sister who consistently runs about a half hour late drives him absolutely batty! 😛
FYI – I went back and took another look at your progressions and spotted one I missed earlier. Your Mars is currently sitting at 29 Cappy, due to progress into Aquarius the week of 17 April. With Uranus in Aries sitting between 0 to 4 degrees this year, it will be sextile your pMars on and off for the next few years. Maybe that will do the trick. **fingers crossed for you**

Hopefully Progressed Mars moving on will help me. It is just confusing to keep reading about this “intense energy!” of Aries right now, but to feel the exact opposite. It is like being at a Heavy Metal concert while temporarily being struck deaf. I am looking around asking, “Has the music started yet? Why can’t I hear anything?” 😐

I was supremely freaked out the days before the earthquake in Japan and have calmed considerably since then. Not doing too bad myself. Getting planets off 29 degrees helps. Neptune is still at 29 Aquarius and Mars will be flashing past 29 Pisces later this week before making his ingress in Aries on 1 April. In a general sense, life is a whole lot less complicated in Aries than Pisces. Aries is all “point and shoot” while Pisces is still calling for more discussions. ***smirk***
