The story line this week is the Gemini Full Moon on Wednesday because all the aspects this week are contained within it. Since I’m running wildly short of time, I’m going to suggest you read the Full Moon in Gemini post for a more in depth discussions of those aspects! Here is a general outline of this week’s important aspects and what day they occur.
Monday features Venus in Libra opposing Uranus in Aries and Mars in Libra sextile Saturn in Sagittarius. Don’t be rude to your sweetie or buy into an exciting idea without checking it out first, OK?!
Tuesday the fog rolls in with aspects to Neptune. Mars in Libra loses steam via an inconjunct to Neptune in Pisces and poor Mercury conjoins Saturn in Sagittarius while squaring Neptune. This may lead to some very muddled thinking as well as heading off in the wrong direction.
Wednesday is the Full Moon in Gemini with some carryover of Mercury-Saturn squaring Neptune in Pisces lingering in the morning.
Thursday features the first exact square between Saturn and Neptune at 7°. This one is going to reverberate for quite some time.
Then we’re good until Sunday when it is the Sagittarius Sun’s turn to conjoin Saturn and square Neptune. Please take a close look at your natal chart and see where this is happening. There is bound to be plenty of confusing signals and general weirdness going on.
Luna’s journey this week starts with a Taurus Moon showing up Monday morning. We can use some good, sensible Taurus energy to help keep us from losing sight of reality. This will be clearly the case Monday evening when the Taurus Moon is the apex of a Yod with Mars in Libra sextile Saturn in Sagittarius as the base. Complicated, elaborate schemes may sound nice but I can almost guarantee they won’t last as long as a simple, common sense one. On Tuesday, the Taurus Moon is well supported by Pluto in Capricorn in the morning and Jupiter in Virgo during the afternoon, making it a better day to go shopping for Thanksgiving dinner. Much better day for business matters too.
Wednesday morning the Moon rolls into Gemini, full of chatter and cheer. The next couple of days are great for socializing, and here in the USA we will be celebrating Thanksgiving Day on Thursday with friends and family. People will probably prefer to keep conversations on the light side, choosing laughter and silliness for a change. Have a great time!
Friday, Saturday and most of Sunday the Moon will be in family oriented Cancer with Saturday featuring the cardinal crunch and Cancer crabbiness. Sometimes a little family time goes a long ways and this weekend looks like one of those times. Sunday the Moon will go void-of-course early in the morning following a square to Venus in Libra and won’t arrive in Leo until that evening. Those who traveled over the holiday will be very happy to get home and put their feet up.
This week has a “much to do about nothing” feel to it, full of endless conversations going nowhere with very little to show for it in the end. What we can do is take note of the best and brightest ideas floating by to use at a later date. Otherwise, have fun and enjoy the festivities.
Note: Timing is averaged for EDT to PDT.
