Today is the Aries New Moon with all its promises of a fresh start. However Aries’s ruler, Mars in Sagittarius, is stalled out and is basically spending most of April at 8° widely square Neptune in Pisces. It may seem frustrating but what it does allow for is time to think before leaping into situations. After the Moon conjoins Uranus in Aries this morning she will be void-of-course for the rest of the day, also dampening the impulse for immediate action. Follow through on existing projects rather than starting new ones is recommended. 🌠☾♈🌠
Next week Mars will station retrograde at 8° 40′ Sagittarius, the midpoint of several weeks at 8° from April 5 to April 29. In other words, we’ve already been living with the reality of Mars pacing around in a small area. I lucked out on this one because Mars is currently sitting in my first house and it is spending all this time trine my natal Saturn which has done wonders for getting a regular walking program established in my life. However if you have personal planets at 8° in Gemini, Virgo or Pisces then Mars opposing or squares those planets probably has been less than comfortable.
