Once the Moon enters Capricorn Saturday night/early Sunday morning, she travels unaspected until Sunday evening. This is a pattern we will see happening on and off during the coming week. Today we get an unadulterated version of the Moon in earthy, focused Capricorn who will help us set priorities and then follow through with them. Sunday evening the Moon makes two very pleasant aspects, a sextile to Neptune in Pisces and a trine to Venus in Virgo, bringing what may have been a rather hectic weekend to a calm end. 🌠☾♑🌠
We can be grateful the Moon is being so cooperative because today Venus in Virgo opposes Neptune in Pisces, after squaring Saturn in Sagittarius on Saturday. Saturn in Sagittarius may have left a few bruises on sensitive Venus in Virgo in the name of righteousness and moral rectitude. She will happily embrace Neptune in Pisces who offers unconditional love and compassion. We sometimes forget the sheer power of Neptune and how it can dissolve whatever bonds Saturn attempts to forge. It is easier for us to get our minds around Saturn and how it affects us. Neptune is ever elusive and defies our puny attempts to define it but Neptune does trump Saturn in the end. We’ll be getting more reminders of this as the square tightens once more.
